Slow Cooker Cuban Beef

- 500G g Stewing Beef
- 240 ml Beef Stock
- 400 g Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 2 Green Peppers sliced into strips
- 2 Red Peppers sliced into strips
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
- 1 Red Wine Stock Pot
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Put2 tbsp of olive oil into the slow cooker and turn to high
Brown the meat in a pan over heat
Place the meat into the slow cooker
Add all of the ingredients and give it a good stir through
Leave for 6 hours on high
Shred the meat with a fork
Serve with rice
