Vodka Garden

A gorgeous cucumber and mint infused vodka drink!

Equipment

  • Muddler
  • Mexican Elbow
  • Jigger

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Belvedere Vodka
  • 25 ml Lime Juice
  • 25 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 25 ml Elderflower Soda
  • Cucumber Slice

Instructions

  • Cut a 2cm cucumber slice, chop into small pieces and place into your glass. Use a muddler to mash the pieces into more of a puree
  • Take a lime and chop in half, squash through a Mexican Elbow into a 25ml jigger. Pour into the glass
  • Next pour in 25ml of sugar syrup
  • Top with 45ml vodka
  • Take a 6-8 mint leaves and pop into the glass
  • Fill the glass to the top with ice and churn with a spoon
  • Top with elderflower soda and a sprig of mint
