Vodka Garden
A gorgeous cucumber and mint infused vodka drink!
Servings 1
Equipment
- Muddler
- Mexican Elbow
- Jigger
Ingredients
- 45 ml Belvedere Vodka
- 25 ml Lime Juice
- 25 ml Sugar Syrup
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 25 ml Elderflower Soda
- Cucumber Slice
Instructions
- Cut a 2cm cucumber slice, chop into small pieces and place into your glass. Use a muddler to mash the pieces into more of a puree
- Take a lime and chop in half, squash through a Mexican Elbow into a 25ml jigger. Pour into the glass
- Next pour in 25ml of sugar syrup
- Top with 45ml vodka
- Take a 6-8 mint leaves and pop into the glass
- Fill the glass to the top with ice and churn with a spoon
- Top with elderflower soda and a sprig of mint
