Baked Camembert Loaf

A lovely, gooey Camembert melted into a crusty loaf

  • 250 g Camembert
  • 1 Tiger Loaf
  • 3 Cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea Salt


  • Using the bottom of the Camembert box as a stencil, cut a hole in the middle of the loaf and tear away
  • Carefully slice the loaf into smaller chunks across the top
  • Turn the Camembert on its side and cut the top off. Put the exposed cheese face up in your bread hole
  • Mix the rosemary and garlic into your olive oil and spoon all over the loaf so it soaks in. Sprinkle with salt, and put a sprig of rosemary in the middle of the Camembert
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 170 degrees
