Hi everyone! Welcome to my Weight Loss Post #8

So a quick update on how I’m getting on following the EM Fitness 12 week weight loss plan that I started just over a week ago now. Well the first day was probably the hardest as expected, I wasn’t in my normal routine, I was eating different foods, different amounts of that food and more often (which seems strange!). By the end of the 1st day I was tired, hungry and feeling like I had started something I wouldn’t actually be able to carry on! Add to that my challenge of 10,000 steps a day and 3-4 workouts a week, I wasn’t feeling very positive! However, I’m happy to say that I woke up the next day feeling much more positive and since then have managed all 3 workouts and 10,000 steps a day which is a minor miracle! It just shows you when you put your mind to something you can do it! Now I’m into my 2nd week, I’m organising my food a bit better so I’m less hungry and when I weighed myself on Monday, I had lost 3lbs!

I’m really pleased and looking forward to my weigh-in and taking my measurements on Monday morning (something I thought I would never say!). I’m definitely benefiting more from upping my daily steps and doing proper workouts!

I have also been reviewing a TomTom Spark fitness tracker (review!) which has been helpful in tracking my heart rate which my Fitbit Flex doesn’t do and I also got some dumbbells to push myself further when working out so I’m feeling really good! 🙂

Update, next week…
