Welcome to my 4th and final Christmas Gift Guide! I am a lover of all things gadget and so wanted to add some of my favourite gadgets we have been sent over the last year to review, into my Gadget Gift Guide!
For the ‘fitness fanatic’
The Moov Now activity tracker is a unique tracker that not only tracks your daily activities but also analyses and coaches you as you work out so that you can make sure your workouts are actually working for you! The tracker is also waterproof so can be used while you swim!
One of the best Fitness Trackers I have ever used is the TomTom Spark Cardio + Music Fitness Watch. It does absolutely everything I want it to do and with great precision. It tracks all of your daily activities and logs them all ready for you to analyse. As well as a heart rate monitor so you can make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts, it also has 500 songs loaded onto it ready to take you through the ultimate workout!
TomTom launched the brand new Touch which is also one of my favourite fitness trackers on the market at the moment. It is the first one of its kind to bring together daily activity tracking and heart rate monitoring with measuring the body’s composition all from the comfort of your wrist. The touchscreen is really responsive and the sleek design is really great!
For the ‘me monitor’
For a stand-alone heart rate monitor, Beets Blu Smart Cardio Heart Rate Monitor definitely does the job. With a comfortable strap which sits around your chest, it tracks your heart rate as you work out and then feeds it all back via Bluetooth to an App on your smart phone. Really handy to make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts and ensuring you don’t push your body too hard as well.
Beets Blu have also designed a Smart Scale. I have wanted one for so long and was not disappointed when we received this one. Just step on the digital scales and it measures various body measurements to give you an accurate weight and body composition. It then sends the results to your smart phone App for you to track over time.
For the ‘careful driver’
Over Christmas it can be easy to get carried away. You have a drink and then realise you are meant to be driving. The Alcosense Excel can ensure that you get home safely by testing the amount of alcohol in your bloodstream. It then warns you if you are nearing or over the drink-drive limit and so should not drive. This does not replace common sense of course but can help the morning after and take away any worries of being over the limit to drive.
So that’s it! My Christmas gadget gift guide! I hope you have found some gift inspiration!
