Welcome to the 2nd of my Gift Guides this year! I always find men/boys harder to buy gifts for and Mario is no exception. He is relatively easy to please however I’m always looking for ‘different’ things to buy him that have taken a bit more effort and thought than the usual chocolate, Jack Daniels, socks, etc… So here are some of the things we have reviewed this year that have impressed me enough to get into my Mens Christmas Gift Guide!
Lets kick off with a practical stocking filler this year! A nose hair trimmer. I know what you’re thinking but this is actually a really useful and helpful prezzie! They can be picked up fairly cheaply but we have been using this Cakuni one (£10) and it’s great. With a child safety catch, a light to help guide your trimming and fully waterproof, this makes a fab stocking filler!
For the hard to buy for, there are these amazing custom Lucky Bobble Heads! All you do is choose a body, upload a photo and then your very own personalised bobble head will be sent to your door! You will be sent a proof of your design before it’s sent out so you can check its perfect first. These are really cool gifts for pretty much anyone!
Everyone loves sweets and Mr Big Tops Retro Sweets are no exception. Any kind of sweet you can think of is available in a handy, letterbox sized, subscription box ready to give to any sweetie lover! With a range of subscription packages, they are a great gift for that special someone who is hard to please!
Morse Toad creates unique personalised chocolate cards and stocking-fillers. I love personalised gifts and when it comes to chocolate you can’t go wrong! How about sending someone special and Christmas message this year, created completely in chocolate?!
Staying with personalised gifts, The Book of Everyone is absolutely perfect! Input a few details into the website and you can create your very own unique, personalised book full of interesting facts and quotes about the recipient. I created the Romantic version for Mario and he loved it!
Caseapp have a great range of phone and laptop cases and skins which you can either pick from or create your own design. They then print the design and send you your cover or skin ready to gift. How about putting your favourite photo of a family member onto their phone case or even putting a photo of yourself on there? Certainly memorable!
Urban Armor Gear have designed some amazing phone cases that are military grade standard in terms of protection. I absolutely love mine and it has protected my phone from so many knocks and drops on the floor! I recommend one to anyone who is the slightest bit clumsy with their phone!
For the dad/partner that likes to keep fit but doesn’t have the time (or money) to join the gym there is Gymcube, a great online workout platform full of workouts for them to try out in their own home. There are even live sessions each day to take part in so they can really feel like they are at the gym! Each membership comes with a great Reebok starter pack so there are no excuses!
If they are anything like Mario, they will take pride in their cars and so BD Clean have designed some really great car wash products. From wheel cleaner to rain repellent, they have everything they need to keep their car in tip-top condition all year round!
Finally, for those that like taking great photographs and not missing any special moments, you not only need a great camera but also somewhere to store it. The Caden camera bag is padded, durable and will keep their camera safe when out and about. There is room for everything from lens’ to leads, battery packs to selfie sticks!
Thanks for reading my Christmas Gift Guide and I hope you have taken some inspiration away! I also have a Women’s Gift Guide for you to look at.

Great guide, I love the chocolate cards and phone cases. Boys are definitely more difficult to buy for.
