We love flowers and we always have a vase of fresh flowers on the coffee table as they seem to brighten up the room and smell lovely! Mario started bringing me a bouquet home each Friday when he worked away and he has carried on our little tradition ever since! We have previously worked with Prestige Flowers a few times and have been sent some lovely freshly cut bouquet’s however their current range of flowers designed for Cancer Research UK caught my attention as flowers can really help to brighten someone’s day and if you can donate a little extra to such an amazing charity, then they are definitely worth it for me!
Prestige Flowers sell a wide variety of flowers and we have also been sent some lovely hampers too (who doesn’t love a good hamper?!) so I was really looking forward to seeing their latest range of high quality flowers in support of Cancer Research UK. 25% of the value of each gift is donated to the charity in order to help in the fight to beat cancer, something that I’m sure you will agree is such an important and worthy cause.
We were sent a gorgeous bouquet from the range featuring 2 of my favourite flowers; pink roses and pink lilies. Each hand tied bouquet is expertly arranged with Memory lane roses, deep water roses, and stargazer lilies. I have always had a love of lilies as they are simply stunning, and these did not disappoint. After 2 days they all bloomed, and the smell is as intense now (over a week later) as it was when I first got them! The flowers are still all going strong nearly 2 weeks after we received them, and the colours are still beautiful and bright. They are some of the best flowers we have been sent and we would be more than happy to send them to someone for their birthday or any other occasion.
We also got a vase which I think is really handy as we never have the right vase in the house for different flowers and it means that the recipient is not scrambling around looking a vase and they can actually enjoy the flowers! As well as sending someone a stunning bouquet, you can add little gifts such as chocolates and teddy bears to your order. We were sent a teddy bear and the quality of it really is lovely, he is a lovely addition to the flowers. Mia has claimed him as hers and he currently ‘lives’ in her room in her dolls bed!
We never fail to be impressed with Prestige Flowers and have been really privileged to work with them again. It’s also been great to know that some of the money for these particular freshly cut bouquet’s can go towards helping in the fight against cancer so I will definitely be using them when I next need to send flowers to someone. It’s lovely to know you are helping even if it’s in a small way.
