You must all know by now that I’m really into my fitness and have been for over a year. After managing to lose 1.5st myself just doing home workouts and changing my eating habits, I’m always on the lookout for the latest way to workout at home. I love working out and have grown in body confidence massively over the year. Mario is always on a health-drive and helps to keep me motivated so when Adam Newman Fitness recently got in touch to see if I would like to try out their 6 week Lean Ladies Programme, of course I said yes!
As a stay at home mum and running my own blog, I don’t really have time to go to the gym or attend any classes as I just don’t have a set time I can get to them. Adam Newman (a personal trainer for the last 19 years) has created 3 great fitness programmes for busy, working people who need the flexibility and ease of working out at home. I was signed up for the 6 week Lean Ladies Programme which consists of tailored exercises appropriate to your fitness level. The downloadable App contains all of the workouts you need to complete the programme and emails everyday motivate you to complete the days workout and keep on track as well as give you healthy eating advice.
The app workouts mean that you can complete a different work out at home each day whenever you can fit one in and the fact they are only 10-25 minutes long, means they are easy to just get on with and work through without any fuss! Each workout is explained and demonstrated all the way through so you can be sure you are doing the exercises correctly and getting the most out of your workouts.
There is no specialist equipment required which is a major advantage for me as I don’t have the time to mess around with finding the correct equipment and setting up to much of an appropriate space to work out in!
There is also a private Facebook group which you can post how you’re getting on, ask any questions you may have and also help and motivate other people who have started the programme at the same time as you. It’s really nice to know that the people in the group are all at the same stage as you are and will progress with you throughout the 6 weeks, you are not alone!
I have today completed the 1st day which is an initial fitness test, during which I remembered just how much I hate push-ups and planks but it’s already given me a great insight into where I am fitness wise. I’m really looking forward to seeing how I get on doing the smaller workouts more frequently and interested in how my fitness level increases over the 6 weeks.
My aim is to tone up and increase my fitness levels but losing some more lbs would be amazing too! As well as the 6 week programme, you can download a Fat Burning recipe book which gives some great information and ideas to go alongside and support the programme.
For £22 you get the full 6 week access to workouts and you get continued access to them even after you have finished the programme.
