I have featured quite a few personalised gifts and items on my blog over the last year but I’m always looking for the next one as I absolutely love the uniqueness of these special gifts! I saw a few reviews of The Book of Everyone last year and knew it would be something I would really like to create and personalise myself but I just hadn’t got round to it or found a suitable ‘occasion’ to make one for but when I heard that they were looking for bloggers, I put us forward to review one as I really liked them and just couldn’t miss the opportunity to work with them! Who doesn’t love a personalised gift?
The Book of Everyone was created as a unique, personalised book to give the ones closest to you and boasts ‘eye-popping artwork and wonderfully weird facts’! This a special book available in 5 different versions (this one, The Book of Mum, The Book of Dad, The Romantic Edition, and then a milestones book ideal for special birthdays) and each can be made digitally, printed on paperback and hardback with a deluxe edition so there is plenty of choice!
The content of the books themselves includes; artwork, quotes, facts such as ‘you have 2 chromosomes fewer than a potato’ and how much household items were during the recipients year of birth! I absolutely love books like these as they are always so fascinating and interesting!
The ordering process itself is really simple; fill in a few details about the recipient (name, sex, birth date), choose a bold colour for the cover, and then your book is created for you to preview with your recipient’s name on the front. Now the great thing about this book is that you can either leave it there and your book is complete or you can go through each page and edit/personalise the pages even further!
I edited a few bits and pieces but was so pleased with it that most of it I left as it was in the preview! It really is simple to create! I personalised the Romantic Edition as Mario had just been through a difficult few weeks and I thought he might need reminding how much I love him (#soppy)!
When the book arrived, I was so excited to see how it had turned out and I was not disappointed! The book is beautiful and looks perfect! The paper the pages are printed on is high quality and the pages themselves, bold, bright and eye-catching! When I gave the book to Mario later on that day, I could tell he really loved it and was really pleased with it! He, like me, likes little personalised gifts and I knew he would be as excited to read it as I had been creating it for him.
At £19.50 with free shipping, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer personalised gift! I found it really addictive creating the book on the online platform and the previews of the book as you go along means you know exactly what you are getting and can create a highly personalised book without too much work! The Book of Everyone really is the perfect, unique gift and I will be ordering again for a special occasion as it makes a really lovely gift!
