Avoid sugary food

If you want to cut your tummy fat, make sure to avoid too much sugar. That’s because, when you take in high amounts of sugar, it overloads the liver, which forces it to turn the excess fructose into fat. So instead of binging on ice cream and other sugary foods, you could do yourself a favour and eat foods that are rich in lean proteins and vegetables. Proteins make you feel fuller for longer, hence cutting on your chances of over-eating. Vegetables, on their part, help you get rid of toxins from your body. If you can stay disciplined on these meals, you will see your tummy fat begin to disappear. It won’t happen overnight, but you’ll notice changes over time.

Take supplements

While eating healthily is an amazing way to lose tummy fat, sometimes sticking to a good daily diet can be a tough call. To substitute for that, supplements are a good option. For instance, supplement PhenQ has a good reputation for helping women get rid of body fat. Its working mechanism is pretty straight forward. It works by suppressing appetite and getting rid of stored fat. The best part about it is that, it’s made up of 100% natural ingredients. As such, you don’t have to worry about it harming you, or your breastfeeding baby. Hit the gym

While supplements and a good diet works in helping reduce tummy fat, you can’t discount the importance of exercise. It doesn’t have to be intense exercise though. You can start by taking simple walks in your free time, and scale it up to high-intensity aerobic exercises after a while. You may also start lifting light weights to help you build muscle. By combining this with a healthy diet, you should be able to get rid of your belly fat. I have a good 15-minute workout for you to try as we all know how difficult it is to fit workouts in!

Breastfeed your baby

This is interesting, right? It turns out breastfeeding has many more advantages than just helping boost your baby’s immunity. By breastfeeding your baby, you hasten the speed with which, your uterus shrinks. Your stomach will begin to shrink and get back to its normal size. I didn’t breastfeed either of my 2 daughters however my tummy did shrink back to its normal size pretty quickly as my milk ran out.
