Perfect vanilla flavoured cupcakes ready to decorate with whatever you want!

Servings: 12 Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 170 Grams Butter Softened
- 170 Grams Caster Sugar
- 170 Grams Self-Raising Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 12 Cake Cases
- 100 Grams Butter Softened
- 190 Grams Icing Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200° and put the 12 cupcake cases into the muffin tin
- Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl until smooth
- Add the eggs one at a time and add the vanilla extract
- Beat until the mixture is pale and creamy
- Fold in the flour
- Spoon into the cupcake cases
- Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes
- Leave them to cool before adding the topping
- Beat the butter and icing sugar until smooth
- Add the topping and decorate!
