Miss Betsy Bear’s Buns

Perfect vanilla flavoured cupcakes ready to decorate with whatever you want!

Ingredients

  • 170 Grams Butter Softened
  • 170 Grams Caster Sugar
  • 170 Grams Self-Raising Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 12 Cake Cases
  • 100 Grams Butter Softened
  • 190 Grams Icing Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200° and put the 12 cupcake cases into the muffin tin
  • Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl until smooth
  • Add the eggs one at a time and add the vanilla extract
  • Beat until the mixture is pale and creamy
  • Fold in the flour
  • Spoon into the cupcake cases
  • Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes
  • Leave them to cool before adding the topping
  • Beat the butter and icing sugar until smooth
  • Add the topping and decorate!
