Over the last 2 years with the lockdowns and uncertainty in the world, a lot of parents haven’t yet made the leap back into the office. I like many other busy parents, found it hard to run my home and families more than ever! I really enjoy keeping fit but it’s hard enough to do these things under normal circumstances let alone fit in a full body workout whilst we are all stuck at home for the foreseeable! You might be looking for a way to switch-off and spend some time on yourself amongst all the chaos!

One of the main ways I like to do something for myself without feeling too guilty is to do a full body workout. Not only does it make me feel good, but the kids can either get involved or not get involved! We had been doing the Joe Wicks PE sessions each morning but the girls got really tired of them and to be honest I found them a bit hard going! More often than not Lottie likes to help me out with a workout as I found when I started doing the Healthy Post Natal Body workouts last year but a lot of the time it’s a nice quiet 20 minutes for me!
