Slow Cooker Cuban Beef
A lovely beef dish perfect for a winters evening!

- Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 500G g Stewing Beef
- 240 ml Beef Stock
- 400 g Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 2 Green Peppers sliced into strips
- 2 Red Peppers sliced into strips
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
- 1 Red Wine Stock Pot
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Put2 tbsp of olive oil into the slow cooker and turn to high
- Brown the meat in a pan over heat
- Place the meat into the slow cooker
- Add all of the ingredients and give it a good stir through
- Leave for 6 hours on high
- Shred the meat with a fork
- Serve with rice
