We all know that our time is precious, and you need to be concentrating your efforts and time on things like family and work. However, your health and wellbeing are important too. If you’re ‘out of action’ then what will everyone else do?
When working out and keeping fit, we busy mums don’t always have the time to get to a fitness class or hit the gym so many of us choose to workout at home. I know I certainly do. This doesn’t mean we have to compromise on the type of workout we do or the results we can achieve.
I know my time is limited and Lottie only goes to Preschool for 3 hours each morning within which I have to work too. So, I need a 15 minute workout that I know works as well as me actually being able to feel and see it working for me.
